Designing for end consumers in the US and Australia, I helped address user pain points as well as business problems, including:
• Lack of closure notice during shopping
• Lack of server-side shopping cart
• Drop-off at checkout screen
While collaborating with 1PM and 2 ENG, I also led the research to uncover more user needs and validate several design choices. Additional alignment and scope priority were made to balance launch timeline, ENG resources, and design solutions. This project is being implemented and expects upticks on retention, conversion with 5m until store closes, and # return purchase after closure.
