As a lead product designer, I created the first web commerce design system based on angular material 2, establishing consistency across commerce products with minimal dev time. I worked with 4 front end ENG on color, type, input, navigation, table, and many other design components, reducing the number of pair programming sessions for VQA.

Designing for external partners, I helped create a set of UI widgets to support the transition to B2C business and scale the drone delivery business.

As a lead product designer, I worked on partnership interstitial flow and order tracking. I closely collaborated with 6+ ENG, 1 PM, 2 Marcom, CX, legal, and designers from DoorDash for the public launch demo, resulting in 3k deliveries in the first quarter post launch.

Designing for external and internal users, I helped unlock business opportunities by providing partner users a set of features, including:
• Monitor and troubleshoot drone delivery orders
• Automate ticket filing for issue escalation
• Monitor delivery business performance and stats
• Enable point to point delivery

As a lead product designer, I worked on the end to end design on the Partner Portal, the major enterprise software we provide to partners, and closely collaborated with 1 ENG and 2 PM.

Designing for internal users at Wing, I helped improve operational efficiency by solving a few pain points in its new business model, including:
• Drone network status can only be manually queried
• There is no visibility into the health of the overall drone network
• There is no visibility into service level at a region or partner site
• There is no visibility into what and how many nodes are at a partner site

As a lead product designer, I worked with 3 ENG, 1 PM, and 1 UXR to design this tool from scratch to provide visibility and transparency of the drone network throughout the company, from the business team to the tech org.
